From inoculation to harvest, we will demo each step, including colonization, spawning, fruiting, and post-harvest handling. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced growers alike, with practical demonstrations and a detailed handout to take home.

INSTRUCTORS
Austin, from Austin, is a long time gardener and farm nerd in the Central Texas scene. Through volunteer farming and engaging in outreach he actively pursues ways to improve the local food system with the aim of cultivating community.
Armadillo Myco Supply is a pinning mushroom company out of Austin, TX that hopes to provide a path for mycelial knowledge to easily spread throughout the local community and beyond. Started by Michael Hart in 2023 with just a passion for mushrooms to go by, the farm slowly found its place in the fungal market and now focuses on grains, substrates, and other mycological supplies to help aspiring fungi lovers on their journey through mycology.
