Lion’s Mane Birria Cook-a-long with Chef Philip Speer

Join us for an online lion’s mane mushroom cook-a-long with Chef Philip Speer of Comedor and Assembly Kitchen. We love the lion’s mane “crab cake” but it’s time to get spicy because we will be cooking lion’s mane birria together. Expect to take your lion’s mane mycophagy skills to another level.

This class will cover everything from storing, cleaning your mushroom, prepping, and tips on many ways to cook lion’s mane. Philip will also be sharing tips on cooking wild mushrooms he forages in Central Texas.

Shopping list is provided to ticket holders so you can cook along in real-time. Vegan options are available. Ticket holders will also be given a recording so you cook the recipe at your own pace.
