San Antonio and the United States are experiencing an urban agriculture renaissance during once in a generation health and climate crises. Food and Nature are directly related to these challenges, and by creating robust local food systems that respects nature we can help cultivate resiliency in an unknown future.
The conference is aimed at highlighting what the San Antonio and greater community is doing to address the historical rises in lifestyle diseases and man-made climate degradation, with a focus on urban populations. Workshops and lectures include topics such as horticulture, small livestock, culinary arts, and mycology presented by Central Texas Mycological Society!
All conference participants will receive lunch and a free fruit tree.
