Mycology Workshop

This class will focus on the basics, providing an introduction to the world of fungi, cultivation, and more. We will discuss the fungi life cycle, how it directly affects you, and how you can determine the health of the soil with fungi. We will also be teaching an introduction to cultivation of mushrooms with hands on demonstrations. We will give examples of what you can do with cultivated fungus. Lastly, we will also touch on gourmet mushrooms, outdoor garden beds, and possible aspects for mycoremediation.
