We partner with a local mushroom farms to divert “spent” mushroom blocks out of the waste and teach people how to grow mushrooms and build healthy fungal-rich soil! You can also support our mission by making a donating, becoming a member or volunteering.
Limit 5 blocks per pick-up
If you want 50 or more, volunteer to pick-up blocks for yourself directly from the mushroom farms and drop some off at empty community pick-up spots.

The Annual Impact
With the help of over 500 volunteers annually, we divert 762,300 lbs of organic waste, we’ve kept 160 metric tons of CO₂ out of the atmosphere. That’s like:
🌱 🌳 Planting 7,350 trees (absorbing CO₂ for a year)
🚗 🚫 Taking 35 cars off the road (for a full year)
🛣️ 🏞 Avoiding 400,000 miles driven (by a gas car)
